- Try this one - it is a simple 'country cooking' all purpose cobbler recipe,
- and quite tasty.

- Title: Womack's House Fruit Cobbler

- Yield: 6 servings

- 1 c Flour 1/2 c Margarine or butter
- 1 c Sugar 1 qt Peeled, sliced peaches, OR
- 1/2 ts Ground cinnamon -dewberries, OR apples

- Mix flour, sugar and cinnamon in a large bowl. Cut in margarine with
- pastry blender or two knives until mixture is coarse and lumpy.
- Arrange fruit slices or berries in an 8-inch-square baking pan. Top
- with flour-sugar mixture. Bake in a preheated 350-degree oven for 30
- minutes or until golden brown and crisp.
